Customization details (design, flavour, size, message, delivery date) must be clearly shared at the time of ordering.
Once an order is confirmed, changes may not be possible.

Prices may vary based on customization, size, and design complexity.
Full or partial advance payment may be required to confirm the order.

4. Custom & Design Orders

Custom cake designs are created based on customer references and requests.
While we try our best to match the design, slight variations in colour, texture, or decoration may occur due to the nature of home baking.
Such variations shall not be considered defects.

5. Delivery & Pickup

Delivery timelines are agreed upon at the time of order confirmation.
Delays caused by factors beyond our control (traffic, weather, location issues) will be communicated, but refunds may not be applicable.
Customers are responsible for providing accurate delivery details.
Pickup orders must be collected at the agreed time.

6. Cancellation & Refund Policy

Order cancellations must be informed in advance.
As products are freshly baked to order, cancellations or refunds may not be applicable once preparation has started.
Refunds, if approved, will be processed within a reasonable timeframe.

7. Product Storage & Consumption

Cakes and snacks should be stored as advised and consumed within the recommended time for best taste and freshness.
Jyothis Cake is not responsible for quality issues arising from improper storage or handling after delivery.
